+ 1 Stretching

ad

Exercises I have continued to use for proper posture and a strong back. As we continue to get older we realize how important warm up and stretching is! Try these out and let me know what you think!!

1- Raise your back and point one hand up, one down, then lower your back. Hands do not touch the floor

2- We direct the arm so that the axis of the back deviates symmetrically to the right and left. This exercise is great for people with scoliosis

3- Raise your back and alternately point your hands forward, then behind your ear.

4-The classic lock exercise. We pass the cube behind our back so that our hands do not touch the floor.

5- Mobilization of scapula muscles by lowering the body on straight arms. ********

6-Rotate the shoulders back and forth from the prone position

Ill admit that Im trying to get into stretching more. Im 45 now and realize my flexability is gone. Especially in my legs. Def something to incorporate into our weekly routines. Mobility is important as your get older.
