Need some advice

ad

My Upper shin was fractured bad late april along with dislocated knee. Meniscus is hit too. been walking around without much of a limp unless im not moving for a little while.
Im looking for something to get my cuts without the cardio. I can do the eliptical at 50% intensity but was hoping to get some feed back on upper body HIIT or cardio besides shadow boxing. Much appreciated. 200lbs 6'0 bf 16-17%

Diet as said below, also if I was in your shoes where upper body has to produce the cardio I would start decreasing time between sets, going a little lighter and more reps, if it where me 30 to 45 seconds between sets would be my target zone. Or even do a set, then go do a set of abs, come back do a set and take 45 second break, I do this kind of workout on days where I have a time restriction.

In that state bro I think your best option is through diet. High protein and very minimal carbs.

Stay off cycle for at least 6 months AAS increases your chance of blood clots in your legs and with a break it will increase it even more.
