I just wanted to show everyone this website as it had 3 different workoufs and diet plans for just about anything your looking for. This is no secret and sure not first time have seen it but I like it because it breaks down both the workouts and the Meals should eat. I am in No way affiliated with musclepharm I do use their pre workout though
