I’ve ignored it too, viewing it as a magic potion, but I finally broke because this elbow is so annoying. I can work the shit out of it at the gym, but lift a gallon of milk the wrong way and the pain is unbearable. Just hang tight though . I’m definitely not sold yet

Yeah, it does take time. Big mistake often made is not getting enough to run it properly, so you did right for sure. BPC is also good for your digestive tract, that’s something I definitely noticed with the compound. I was all gassy and bloated and like magic that all went away. Best of luck, but either way, there’s lots of benefits to the compound, some magic is bound happen. I hope you experience all of them

Yeah, its efficacy is pretty well established. I have a friend that works for a naturopath that offers it a treatment option. That says a lot imo. I would just make sure you get you have the right dosage and frequency. Do not quote me but I’m fairly certain something of the order of 250mcg twice per day is standard protocol. You already know, I hope it works for you as well, better than you can imagine
