damn tendonitis
ad
Have all the sudden devoloped a bad case of tendonitis. Its in my upper forearm....classic case. Took about a month off and it seemed to get worse. So I said screw it.... if its gonna hurt anyway I'm gonna workout. Started ghrp6 igf-lr3 and growth and if seemed to be getting better. Was fine with everything but pulling exercises. Decided to finally do back yesterday and fuck if it feels like it did at its worst.... planning on this ebc in a week. Even got sponsored and just want to be in tip top shape. Doing a cutter so I'm gonna dry out my body... am I just fucking myself? Gonna take this week before the ebc off and really focus in stretching and light pumps to the area for blood flow. Any advice? Like experience?

im old and i live with it. it comes and goes but when it does i Follow Mtors advice and i also take 3000mg omega 3 and turmeric root. It helps alleviate it before I feel like the hulk and fkn flare it up again.
High doses of vitamin c for two reasons:
1. Vitamin C has anti inflammatory properties.
2. Vitamin C helps synthesize collagen fibers, responsible for tendons and ligaments
I do about 5g bollus then about 500mg every two hours the first day so about 10g total.
Then day two I go to a 2.5g bollus then 500mg every two hours. My weekly schedule is this for tendinitis and it's generally cured
Day1: 5g then 500mg q2hours
Day 2: 2.5g 500mg q2h
Day 3-7: 2g 500mg q2h
That always helps. Hell my father used this vitamin to cure a staph infection in his elbow, two weeks it was gone. This is the stuff we use, expensive but the best. Think of it as pharma grade

I had it bad in my elbow for a while. Don't know if you've heard of SARAPIN injections. Anti inflammatory which are non toxic unlike corticosteroids. My chiro is a bodybuilder he turned me on to it and I only had three injections 2 years ago and haven't had any problems since and no interruptions in training.
