Body temp after workouts.

ad

I've been on here for a little while, in the time I've been on here, thanks to a couple of posts, I've switched up my eating habits and work out routine. I'm noticing now though, after I work out that I'm running hot. A couple days ago, I almost broke out into sweats for like 3 hours after working out. My temp was running hotter and my back was sweating, especially after I ate. I work in an office and even just sitting there, if I swung my chair with to much force, it felt like I was going to break into a full on sweat. I know it's not the gear cause I pinned for the first time today and this has been going on for a couple weeks. Hopefully this is a sign of good things to come. Typically, I've only felt this way after a long cardio session now it's every time I work out. Anyways, I know there are some really insightful people on eroids who can probably give me the science behind this, I just want to make sure it's good.

it could be oxidative stress due to more strenuous workouts than normal. try taking vitamin c before and after your workout. so your body is trying to rid itself of the cells destroyed during exercise and it is causing a bit of an inflammatory response

So far it's not a sick type of heat, it just feels like when I'm done working out I stay hot as if I'm still working out for a couple hours.
