6 Day/12 Week Ripped Routine - Is it too much?
Hi guys,
I've read the Best Basics at the start of this forum and it's great information, but it's a 4 day split and I've been doing a 4 day (no split) routine for forever and a day. I've just started my first cycle on test e and want to make the most of it, change things up, be more intense, etc. I have an entire thread on the test e and what to expect at:
http://www.eroids.com/forum/steroids-qa/steroid-cycles/what-to-expect-fr...
Anyways, a friend gave me a copy of this 6 day/12 week program and was wondering if it's too much or acceptable since I'm running gear now. I'm going to post the list for the first 4 weeks with a few alterations (for me) and let me know what you think. Thanks for the feedback.

I'm actually going to give this plan a go next week, just with plenty of tension (3-1-4) in every single rep, upping all the reps to 12 and other small modifications.
Thanks for posting it up!
Thanks brother... That's actually phase 2 of the program. Phase 1 starts with 10 reps to start with and the exercises in a little different order. Then it moves to what I had posted. I've actually copied the first two phases into a spreadsheat now for easier viewing and reference. Initially, a friend sent me the info in a pdf that was really kind of hard to read. I start it tonight myself. Go and grow bro!
that really seems like a good plan if your eating like a hoss, and on gear you should be as well as off the gear to keep your solid gains. Any ways man your the only one that's going to know if that is a good workout for your body, you know what i mean? since were not doing it with you then we will never be able to tell if your getting sore the next day. i would say give it a try, and if your sore thur out the week then keep doing it, if not change up a few things. but in all it looks like a good workout.
''like a hoss'' HAHA FRIGGIN CLASSIC
Cool, I just didn't know if it would be too much. I didn't want to overtrain and defeat my purpose of putting on lean muscle. I'm going for it!
hell ya man, just make sure your putting back into your body x2 what your taking outta it, and you will grow ..
Yah, I'm trying to get used to all the extra good foods. Good problem to have.
High calories and kick ass!
Thanks, I'm going for it. And it seems like you guys are always the ones there with the best and quick advice on my postings. I appreciate it brothers. ;)
I used to do a similar workout to shock the system. Get good foods and sleep. If your strength goes up slowly and weight stays same...you're exchanging bf for lean mass. If you get to being defined and lose energy...weight or strength then take a few days off and up the good calories.
I will monitor how things go and thanks for the heads up on that. I see we're both 41 as well, it's just a number. I 41 is the new 31. ;)
High five on that!
ah you got me again lol..
Tilapia snack break at work. Neener neener. Lol
yayyyy more fishie fish
Haaaa! Pppery fishy!
