That's the problem where I live theres no good bbq. Theres a couple in Jax Fl that are great. Jenkins and Bonos. Anytime I go through there I always make a stop.

I prefer Salmon mainly for nutrition benefits for general health and recovery. Sometimes getting bored with it but trying to stick at one fatty fish meal a day

Cottage cheese. I've been on a low sodium diet the last six months. If I'm really good during the day I can eat a cup at night. Never realized how much I liked it before then.

Combo fried rice with chicken, shrimps and beef cubes from the hibachi truck down the road from my house.
Add yum-yum sauce.
I cant eat it very often because it tries to kill me. Every so often i say maybe it wont do it this time and go for it. Always wrong. Never gonna learn. It's sooo good
