+ 2 What it takes to grow
When I am in the gym I get people coming up to me asking hey what's your workout routine to get a chest like yours or what's your secret to getting big arms?? Or my all time favorite what kind of suppliments are you taking .. And my number 1 response is food... Yes that's right food I tell them, they look puzzled when I say that. Most people's diet is shit, If you put quality food in your system you will get good results, but you have to eat and eat a lot .. I had a friend that was on 5 different aas compounds and he never got any bigger , he couldn't figure it out. , till I sat him down told him to wright every meal down and what He eaten for a week then we looked over it together . His meals was Doritos protein shake .. Pizza and pop , cookies .. Ect you get the point. Once he changed his diet he grew really fast and couldn't believe that his diet made that big of difference. My point is if you not getting the gains you want chances are your not eating enough food and its not quality foods, if its pre-packaged and you can not pronounce the words in the label then don't eat it. Try whole foods that only have one ingredient , no processed foods change this up and you will get amazing results..

Buildbigger86So on point brother. Your is key to your gains as well as training hard. AAS'S provide you with like a 40 percent boost and with the proper diet and hard training you can achieve in 6 months which would usually take a year and half to 2 years but AAS'S are just a boast it really is ALL ABOUT YOUR CALORIC INTAKE and making sure you taking in 2 grams of protein per body weight spread out through the day as well as take a good multi, bcaa's, glutamine etc... Also always try to each complex carbs ex. whole wheat pasta, brown rice, whole wheat bread etc...
If your trying to get ripped and cut up its best to intake your complex carbs in the am and early afternoon and then just intake protein for the rest of the day. By doing this you will have great energy from the carbs for your workout but you will also be able to burn them off and break them down before you go to bed.
If your bulking then follow same amount of protein as i posted above and just each complex in am, afternoon, and with dinner
Plus 1 for post such an important topic on training brother!
Welcome to Choych! (church for the ebonically challenged) Preach it Brother Carguy78! And I am with you garbage in garbage out! +1
No1Your right, its not eating enough food, but doesnt matter if its packaged or processed
carguy78Think about it like this .. You put gas in your car and water it down chances are it will run but not nearly as efficient as it would be if it was only gas
carguy78Maybe I'm reading it wrong but it does matter if you get your calories from whole foods .. Processed and packaged foods containe a bunch of preservatives and sodium. It's not the same
No1Well im saying the calories are calories which is what it takes to grow, preservatives and sodium dont keep you from growing, now whole foods are a better choice but your going to grow on either one as long as your eating enough
carguy78I will have to disagree on this one.. Calories from sugar and processed goods does not nearly have the same nutrional value as whole foods all calories are not created equall
No1im not talking about candy bars in a box, im talking frozen whole meals which are processed. A frozen chicken meal is going to have the same nutritional value as it would if you cooked it fresh yourself, but probably alot more sodium, anyway good post bro +1
carguy78Thanks lol but we will agree to disagree on this one
AnonPreach that shit! +1...hope a lot of guys read this
carguy78Thanks but its really amazing to me .. You put shit in your body you get shit results .. Simple as that
