Just had this a few weeks ago in Thailand......awesome!!!!!
Get your squid, clean it up, then either in a food processor or with a sharp knife, cut it up into match head sized pieces. Throw it in a hot oiled (olive or flax) pan, then immediately pour in the omlette mix and cook as per normal.....very very tasty.
