Dietary sugars play a much larger role than I would have expected, without over complicating the issue. It makes pretty damn good sense considering the effects on insulin levels. Very solid read, Greg. Props!

No doubt, biceps! I was looking for a numeric value because I have an app I am utilizing to calculate all my nutritional information from my diet. It has over a million food items, and they are all very specific. For instance, you can input a particular brand of yogurt, the size, the flavor, etc. and it will compile the sum of all protein, carbs, sodium, fibers, etc. into a daily, weekly and monthly profile. Extremely useful if one is maintaining the strictest of diets! All aspects of my diet seem dialed in with the exception of sugars. I always have at least 150% of the total sugar intake. Once I get this ironed out my diet will be spot on!
