ad

Does anyone know approximately how many grams of sugar and how many milligrams of sodium one should try to stay at/under while on a basic Test Enanthate cycle?

Dietary sugars play a much larger role than I would have expected, without over complicating the issue. It makes pretty damn good sense considering the effects on insulin levels. Very solid read, Greg. Props!

SO much garbage to sort through, but you gotta do what you gotta do...

No doubt, biceps! I was looking for a numeric value because I have an app I am utilizing to calculate all my nutritional information from my diet. It has over a million food items, and they are all very specific. For instance, you can input a particular brand of yogurt, the size, the flavor, etc. and it will compile the sum of all protein, carbs, sodium, fibers, etc. into a daily, weekly and monthly profile. Extremely useful if one is maintaining the strictest of diets! All aspects of my diet seem dialed in with the exception of sugars. I always have at least 150% of the total sugar intake. Once I get this ironed out my diet will be spot on!
