Here is a chicken recipe you can try for a change.
Put five or six whole chicken breast in a crock pot (or as many as will fit in the bottom with sides touching). Sprinkle a 1.25 oz pack of reduced sodium taco seasoning evenly over the chicken and then pour a 16 oz jar of pace picante sauce over that. Cook on low for about six hours.
I put mine on right before bed and let it cook overnight.
You can shred the chicken and use it in fajitas or just eat it like it is. Try it out and let me know what you think.

waltrI made this yesterday and it turned out reaaaalllly good.
Took about 12 hours though, not six. Although I did use 5lbs of chicken breast.
I'll be eating this with my brown rice for 2 of my daily meals for the next couple days.
Thanks for the idea.
Glad you liked it. I've been making this for a while and I'm still not tired of eating it.
waltrI might just try this out.
Sounds bomb!!!
