More steel cut oatmeal.

It's so hard eating 4000 cals a day

No food=no muscle, what are you gonna do when you get even bigger and have to eat 5-6-7000 kcals a day?
4000 should be simple, I just started my cut at those kcals and I am starving like a mad man.
Post up your diet and let's see what we can do to make it more enjoyable for you.
