8 eggs every f'n morning.

More steel cut oatmeal.

Chicken. So much chicken.

Oh yay, more brown rice.

Steak. Another creaking sweet potato.

Oh joy. Another protien Shake.

It's so hard eating 4000 cals a day

No food=no muscle, what are you gonna do when you get even bigger and have to eat 5-6-7000 kcals a day?

4000 should be simple, I just started my cut at those kcals and I am starving like a mad man.

I find its getting easier though... I miss recomp kcals</3
