wanted to get a take on how clen should be used. i understand the 2 week on / off cycle. any good sources? thanks
im 6ft1, probably 180 by now.

the side effects are horrible of clen ,are you sure?
Before you buy clen you really need to take the time to read about the side effects. I know nothing has been proven in humans but with horses they have seen scary side effects. Also it can make you feel like shit and cause you to cramp. Its great starting off you work out with your body cramping up so bad you just have to go home. To lose weight all you have to do is eat right. Only side effect of eating right is being healthy. Now as far as a clen cycle you need to start off very low and work your way up. I start at 40-60mcg and go up by 20mcg every 2 to 3 days until I hit 160mcg.At the end I tapered down. I have a almost full bottle of clen that I will never use again. I just do not think it is worth it.

Sometimes. But not always. Many microgram offerings can be found. Yes the old pharms used to be 20 but always check first. 20 and coffee will make you sweaty. Lots of fluids. Clen is harmful to heart tissues. Cardio on stairs much safer
Lots of reading before you try it. Start low. 20micrograms at start May not seem a lot but it is.
