That is extremely true.Apples are low in fat. Eating them as a snack on a daily basis won't add significant calories to your daily intake. You can peel them or eat as is to get a dose of natural sugar and plenty of vitamins

An average apple has 80 - 120 calories; 23g Sugars (sucrose, glucose, fructose); and 30g of carbs. And very little else of nutritional value.

IMO, that's a lot of cardio needed to burn the 360 cheap calories those 3 apples will give you.

Only 4 to 5 mg of C. Practically everything else can be measured in mcg. Except the high amount of water, carbs, and sugars.

IMO the apple; made famous by our childhood building blocks (A is for Apple), and the "apple a day keeps the doctor away" is over rated.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying they are bad for you, but as a fruit option, there are much better options these days. An orange for example has 49 calories, 12.5 g of carbs, and 59 mg of C

i would think eating all those fruits all day would make you blood sugar spike and cause you body to store more fat.
