Training my girl who has put on a lot of weight since her MS diagnosis. Deff need some advice she can follow because I’m bulking

ad

My girlfriend has been diagnosed with MS a couple years ago after giving birth and now that she’s dedicated to the gym the MS gives her no problems whatsoever but she’s never really trained any muscle so I’m just doing the basics right now but when it comes to diet and everything else what would be the best information or weight loss/cutters can offer. Idk if Clen is
A good thing . I’m clueless in this field of dieting especially with the fact that it’s the complete opposite of what I do. Much thanks and appreciation

I know this is an old thread but this may benefit someone with MS. The Fasting Mimicking Diet... when you fast the body cleanses itself of old cells... it may reset the bad cells and genes causing MS...

Lots of interesting stuff in this video...

For sure, it is proved that all prescription weight-loss drugs admitted for long-term use produce significant weight loss compared with placebo. Besides that, studies prove that the addition of weight-loss medication to lifestyle changes results in greater weight loss than lifestyle changes alone produce.

I would actually agree with you statement, except weight loss drugs,is a broad term in body building circles.Clen is not a weight loss drug, however the thermogenic response to food from certain agonist will burn fat.
Almost all approved weight-loss drugs work and one of two manners they are either serotonin reuptake inhibitor‘s thereby reducing urges to eat or they are acetylcholine mimickers thereby reducing urges to eat. Some of the newer drugs do both.Qsymia is a good example and is very effective! Clen doesn’t fit either category.

Go research autoimmune paleo. Take that diet and remove all high fodmaps.

If that fails other options would be keto, gaps, SCD, or fast track diets. Opt for vitamin D3 over D2 as D2 is made from yeast and can cause issues.

I've seen this work in person, my sister has MS and switched to auto immune paleo and finally to keto and she is healthier and leaner than I ever seen her and her seizures stopped and her thyroid issues were reversed. I think her macro breakdown is 5%carbs 45% protein and 50%fats or a long those line. It's less than 50g carbs per day. See reduced a lot of her inflammation and gut problems like leaky gut ,she used glutamine to rebuild stomachs lining as well. Grains and dairy in general cause her a lot of issues.

No clen or anything else. Don't be reckless, just diet and training....

No clen brother.Put her at 5% below TDEE(total daily energy expenditure).Have her do cardio and train her whole body 3 times a week in a circuit. As she loses she will gain momentum and all will be great.

I’ve never been a fan of clen.I know guys that have used it with good results but it always makes me feel sick.I can’t imagine giving it to someone with autoimmune disease other than asthma.Calorie restriction first then she could learn about the thermogenic properties of food and maybe look to burn that way.

This, use TDEE and keep calculating down as she loses weight.

Keep shit food out of the house and get her on a decent cardio programme.

I wouldn't put her on Clen or any high intensity fat burner considering her condition. Just do the basics of a healthy diet and exercise program for her.

So basically your wife suffers from sclerosis and you wanna put her on clenbuterol? Put her in a calorie deficit , eat healthy and thats the end of the story.

Edit: I hope you sorted out your bulking eating issue.
