Protein from chicken breasts enough? please reply and help
Hello, i am training for the past 2 years, got decent size on, but has this little bit of ridiculously stupid damn fat in my abdominal section, i can feel the abs, and the obliques they are so hard and i can feel 4 of them... but i cant see them because of those lil fats so i hve been dieting for the past couple of months i am an asian, and not so rich so i cannot afford those protein shakes and other crazy expensive supplements. Im having a hard time counting all the calories i am getting.
my meals
i would prepare 6 pieces of chicken breasts in the morning and cook them 114grams each
8am 1 chicken breasts, and some rice.
12pm 1 breast and rice
2-3pm post workout meal, 1 breast and rice
4-5pm 1 breast and rice
7-8pm same lol
9-11pm same
that is all i am eating for the past couple of months. i do not like any protein shake because it makes be bloat and my stomach is getting big as hell. All my other body parts seems to be leaning out, except my mid section, side obliques are showing little though, but damn fat in lower abs wont leave me alone :(
Q : Is that protein source enough for my daily protein intake? or should i bump to 7 breast a day? ( i am training twice a day and cardio 4 times a week )

thank you for all your replies. I appreciate them all, but you see i am a student, have a part time job, paying for rents and all the bills. Chicken breast is the only cheap ones my budget suits, here in asia we use kilograms to weigh our meats. 1kg of chicken breasts would cost me 200Philippine peso ( PHP ) = 6 u.s dollars , 1kg of Pink Salmon 600Php = 8usd and so forth, eggs on the other hand are pretty cheap so i guess im replacing breakfast with 15egg whites and 3 whole eggs 18 total.
Like others said eat more protein. And I'd switch out the rice for veggies on some of the meals.
Also if you buy protein powder in bulk by 5 lbs or so it's actually pretty cheap. Likes cents on the dollar.
It's not hard to track macros. You should research a bit about it
Should really keep track of your daily calorie intake... You can change up your protein source and eat less carbs but if you're still in a caloric surplus you'll never rid of the fat around your midsection
Chicken is good turkey even better thats ur lean meat same as rump steak, u dnt need to chop and change get them in your diet ur fine drink lots off eggs, thats a good way to get extra protein in ur diet
Not advisable to get all your protein from one source. Fish / eggs / red meat should be in your diet too.
It's enough if your a 120 pounds or less. 114 grams comss out to about 4oz and there's typically 20g of protein in 4oz. So that's come out to 120g of protein a day. You ideally should add atleast another 3 of them everyday. Bjt it's also important to eat a variety of protein sources due to the different amino acid profiles. So I would have some eggs and egg whites for breakfast, and add 1 meal of some fish like salmon, and another meal of tuna. That way your getting protein from 4 different sources. The amount of meals your eating is good, but they need to be bigger. Take away 1 of those chicken meals and replace them with 6oz of salmon or 168gs and then do the same with another chicken meal and add 6pz of tuna. Then make each of your other chicken meals 2 oz 56g bigger.
MultipurposeChicken breast is one of the best protein sources, so you are good there. I think your problem with losing more fat is your carb intake. You might wanna try to cut carbs out of your evening meals. Here is a link http://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/wanna-get-ripped-read-this

MultipurposeYes I think you will see good results on this type of diet without the use of any aas or weight loss supps.
