im confused bruthas. with these low carb diets, like no carbs after 2pm. does that really mean just low carb intake after 2pm? because i don't see how you would go about eating zero carbs for several more meals. im no nutritionist, obviously, could someone explain this

RustyhookerAfter 2 cut out carbs. Kinda a misuse of words.....sorta. After 2 i was eating only meat and veggies. Tilapia, tuna, chicken, lean beef etc etc. And cruciferous veggies for a "full" feeling. Veggies do have a low amount of carbs but nothing huge. Figure out your daily carbs and keep them complex sources. Split them into your morning meals then after two, you're done.
Does it work? Yes. I was injured and muscle turned to fat. Running that style of eating i dropped a ton of excess so i could start rebuilding. Was it easy? Nothing worth while is always easy but the results were well worth it.
Cardio in the "fatburn" range helps speed the process. For my age/weight it's treadmill and heartrate about 125-130.
+1
Rusty as always on point , great advice , You don't really need carbs after 2pm , Idk about you but i work morning shifts 6-2 so When I get home I eat just white meat with veggies and I do cardio ever workout after I'm done lifting as Rusty said low intensity , with my stats its 124.
