New To Clen

Hi guys,
I'm just about to start my very first cycle of clen and I would be really greatful if you could give me some helpful tips. i.e how bad are my shakes gonna be? Will I be all sweaty all day? 2 days on 2 off? I rock climb and MTB how long before I do these things do I take it.This sort of help would be great as I'm just a wee bit nervous? Also is my heart in any sort of danger or have I been reading the wrong things?

Are your stats correct ? If so you need to gain some weight not lose it . I've used clen a couple of times but I won't ever use it again , the side effects for me aren't worth it , insomnia , shaking , anxiety , constantly soaked in sweat . Clen has a very long half life so if you do get sides you just have to put up with them until the clen leaves your system .

Haha Christmas does that to us all . If I was you I'd get a good workout routine going and a high protein diet and try to build some muscle and forget about clen .

There are alot of people who use it, but I'm with basskiller, that seems kinda harsh when you could just diet and do some cardio, otherwise you end up in a vicious cycle with that stuff using it every time you need to drop a few pounds, putting unnecessary stress on your central nervous system.

I climb too. If there was a compound I was going to think about for long, arduous climbs or long bike rides it would be bold cyp, but I'm not saying you should, just saying if there's something to help performance for those activities that's probably a good candidate.
