New to Carb Cycling

Heya,
So i have been adviced, by a few on here to carb cycle.
Ive looked into it and it seems like a great idea...
But what i need to know is how many grams for each, high, med and low days i should be looking at?
I am going to use myfitnesspal to monitor my grams per day im having until i get into a routine.
Anyone up for helping me?

I just started carb cycling and so far its going well. In addition to scooby's workshop I also found program by Marc Lobliner and some guys from muscle and fitness I believe, called Game Over, the Final Cut Diet. Its a contest prep program but has a ton of good info including carb cycling. There is a downloadable PDF online.
