Need help in getting lean.
ad
I am on week 4-5 of my cycle and I want to be shredded by the time I hit the beach at the end of July.
I have tried to cut some carbs, but My workouts fucking hit the shitter when I do this.
No fucking energy at all.
Im on Test-cyp @750mgs and Sust. 250 @ 250mgs per week right at this moment. Next week when the sust runs out I will be adding the Tren.
Any advice on supplements that won’t drive my Bp. right through the roof and will help with the fat burn would be helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Make sure you're eating enough #1. Carbs are not bad you just have to use them correctly. Concentrate them at breakfast and around your workout. If you are burning enough calories in your workouts and throughout the day extra won't hurt. Try supplementing caffeine pre-workout. A sugar free energy drink maybe but look up Whey-Up, it's a caffeinated protein shake, try it pre workout.
DefconYou may be cutting too many calories if your workouts are suffering that bad
losing weight is all diet. Eat 500 calories under your maintenance and you will start losing weight guaranteed. Use substances to help it along if you want. Clen, ECA stack, or whatever but these only increase your base metabolic rate by raising body temperature, aka a thermogenic, and they also suppress appetite. So while these substances may help, they aren't guaranteed if you aren't eating at a deficit of calories.
AnonThank you for all the input.
I have started my cutting phase with Tren @200mgs per week with T-3 T-4, Liq dex, and clen. I am happy to say that with in the last week I have dropped 10lbs.
Thanks again.
Give them a vote if you find it helpful.PermalinkWhat's your clen & T3 cycle look like? I was thinking about running the same, but haven't made up my mind yet.
Sugar is a carbohydrate. Simple carbs, but I know what you mean...stick to complex carbs cos they are slower digesting so won't turn to fat if you don't use em up for energy straight away ;)
sugar is carbs, simple vs complex does not make a massive difference just spikes your GI.
So while simple carbs are digested quicker, and put into your bloodstream, which will then go into a process to start bringing the blood sugar down by converting and storing as a fat macronutrient, it won't necessarily matter if you are eating at a calorie deficit for the day- as your body will use the stored energy anyway.
Complex carbs are probably healthier, and in general simple carbs are a lot more calorie dense so eating 100grams of chocolate vs 100 grams of pasta and bread, you are going to be more sated by the complex carbs / bread, oats , pasta.
But in general if you fit your carbs into your daily macronutrient / calorie needs then it doesn't matter if it comes from simple or complex carbs
hey my man .. i can help with the diet .. what do u normally eat daily with rough quantities .. thing is u probably find out that u dont have enough calories in ur diet and with no carbs ur training is going to fall flat .. u need mct oils and that will set u right and u will lose fat ...
Unless you're all ectomorph, there's no substitute for cardio and a clean diet if you want to shred fast, regardless of what you swallow or pump - and that's the bottom line.
I personally find it next to impossible to lose fat during a cycle with high levels of test. While no two people respond exactly the same way to different substances, some tricks I've found that work for me are adding DHT derivative substances like proviron or masteron which allow me to drastically reduce the amount of test I need while still maintaining my free-testosterone levels very high, and adding anavar (to maintain workout intensity during low caloric intake) and a thermogenic like albuterol, ECA (to free up my body fat for use as energy to allow more intense dieting). ECA and albuterol have the same effect as clen, but MUCH shorter half-life so it is easier to tailor a dosage schedule that's safe for your BP. T3 is for contest prep, not shedding fat for the beach (too short term and too much rebound). I also cut simple carbs to the bare minimum as they screw with your body's ability to burn fat for energy.
Bit of a weird cycle if you don't mind me saying. Why are you stacking 250mg of sust on top of 750mg test cyp??? If you want 1000mg of test per week just do the cyp. I mean it's not going to make much difference either way but I'm interested to know the reasoning and logic behind sticking that small amount of sust on top of a fairly large amount of cyp.
When you switch to tren, that will be a lot better and possibly help in fat loss and hardening up. Just be careful with the tren as it is an advanced steroid and one of the most toxic of the injectables with more sides than most.
Anyway, to answer your question about fat loss, diet and cardio are key. Yo should be able to eat enough carbs to fuel your workouts but reduce them throughout the rest of your day for fat loss. Proven supplements that work are T3, clen, ephedrine (ECA stack) and DNP, however I strongly advise you to do your research before trying any of these, they are not for the faint hearted and can be dangerous if used incorrectly.
