Need advice on Fat loss...
ad
Ok so im 19 and im 193lbs at around 22-25% bf give or take im pretty stocky..
Some pretty good stats for all natural..
BP max 265lbs
DB curl: 60lbs
BB curl: 110lbs
Squat: 325
DL: about 300 due to some minor back issue..
Im trying to lose bodyfat not weight, eventhough it will happen anyway...
The reason to it is that I have gyno.. Maybe not the real cancerous one but I believe my doc said it was "persistent gyno"
That had to be removed...
I will be having a mammogram, hormone check, bloodwork done for the next 2 months meanwhile I try to lose fat.. As much as I can... So any ADVICE woyld be appreciated... Thanks

CleyonIn my opinion, cardio needs to be done for at least 30-45minutes. Do something strenuous enough to make you breath hard, but not so strenuous that you are gasping. Except at the very end. I like to "sprint" for the last minute of my cardio, my way of making sure I don't leave anything out there. Get your diet lean, and cut out any junk food, and you'll watch the weight fall off.
Seems like you got some great advice here in regards to the diet and cardio in the morning on an empty stomach is key!! Put this together with a good over the counter fat burner and you'll start seeing results, just remember it all starts in the kitchen!! Good luck young bro...
The same goes for people who suddenly start starving themselves. Diets that severely restrict calories or the types of food 'allowed' can lead you to be deficient in the nutrients and vitamins that your body needs.
Do research on pre-contest bodybuilding diets to get an idea of the type of program they follow to get ripped before hitting the stage. If you can follow even a less strict version of one of those diets and combine that with daily fasting cardio you should be able to have a pretty dramatic fat loss.
How are you that high at 19 what the hell are you eating or drinking
It is big amount of body fat. You need to take it seriously and go for radical steps to keep it under control. Do meaningful exercise for 30 mints daily. Before to start work out don't eat healthy just take a glass of juice. Adopt appropriate diet plan which increase the ratio of fat burning. Use fresh fruits and raw vegetables mostly. These are full of ingredients which help to reduce fat and build strong muscles.

Like I said im not gna juice til about 24_25 yrs old but im in here to learn...
also just recieved a call and I get bloodwork done one dec, 6 (tuesday I believe)...
Anywho... Ima start doing cardio (ANY RECOMENDED TYPE EX: HIIT or just a long steady cardio tredmill, elliptical etc?)
Also... Ima start cutting out bad foods like white bread and all the bad carbs and replace with wheat? Or whole grain...
Little by little though cuz I know its tough and if I try and do it all at once, I will fail ...
Please keep the advices coming... (:

Hey mate start by doing cardio in the morning before breakfast for 20-40 minutes every day. If you drink coffee or tea remove the sugar. Also if you are having milk in anything make sure it's skim or nofat (not sure waht you call it over there). Also start to remove all your starchy carbs from your diet and replace them with fiberous carbs. It is inevitable that by cutting your BF you will loose bodyweight. Just remeber this if you bench 265 at 193 which is good, how much better will that sound when you loose 10-20 lbs of fat. It will look so much better. Also I have said this a few times recently "you can't flex fat" so is it really helping you with your training. Possibly not. The only advantage you get from being heavier is the added fluid around the joints which in turn gives you more leverage and as such an increased lift. However this is not true strength. That should get you started bro good luck with it all and I hope to hear back from you to see how you are going with it all.
Everything he said!!! ^^^^^^^^^^^ plus add a safe over the counter fat burner to your morning cardio....
"can't flex fat" ohhhhhh I love it.....lol

Maintenance Multiplier
To find out how many calories you need to gain muscle mass or loss fast mass, you must first calculate your maintenance calories. Your maintenance calorie level is how many calories you need to consume to stay the same weight.
This is calculated by taking your current weight and multiplying it by fifteen. (Ex. 150lbsX15 = 2250 Calories).
From this you want to add or subtract approximately 500 extra calories per day depending on what your overall goal is. If you are trying to build muscle then add, but if you are trying to lean out then subtract.
Everyone is different, so the following multipliers are a good general rule of thumb:
Average Metabolism, x 15
ItsNoelhe is in a STEROID website if he wanted a diet hell be having this forum in SOUTH BEACH weight loss
drvazget the fuck outa here
Your a dick
ItsNoelanavar by itself will be good his 19 not a 16 yr old high school girl lol
Anonyou really need to do some research about oral only cycles. CA is right on when he says it WILL shut down his natty test system and make a bad problem a hundred times worse.
I am predisposed to gyno and because of the predisposition and many cycles in the past I had to have surgery a few years back.
Stay away from all super supplements for now. I wouldn't even recommend "normal" supplements (most are bullshit wastes of money anyway). Do research on pre-contest bodybuilding diets to get an idea of the type of program they follow to get ripped before hitting the stage. If you can follow even a less strict version of one of those diets and combine that with daily fasting cardio you should be able to have a pretty dramatic fat loss. Dial the diet in and it will give you a good framework you can adjust when it comes time to shift priorities to muscle growth, etc. Good luck.
ItsNoelprop/ tren/ anavar ................. with more experience move up to clen ill doubt it youll need it with a full cycle of what i told you and a nice clean diet youll burn alot of fat drop to like 15% or more depends on your discipline
Jtizzlewhoa.. not for a few years bro,
Noel prob missed the "I'm 19" part...
ItsNoeldude i read his stats thinking he was 265 lbs
AnonAt 19 he has way more than enough natural testosterone to put on more than enough muscle.. He NEEDS to clean up his DIET and get some serious cardio going. PILLS and STEROIDS are tools NOT to be mistaken for miracles that will fix fat problems.. ALSO, he is PRONE to gyno and using steroids will exacerbate the problem not help..so what if he uses the south beach diet to lose some fat.. at least he could say he is doing something.
