Current tracking since8/6. Wanting to get to 10% Body Fat. Feel like I'm on a plateau. Any advice out there?

Molinin302bro, post a recent pic? And whats your goal with this? I mean, you want 10% bodyfat, but are you going to compete? Plan on maintaining that? There's a lot of people that think they're around single digits, it takes a lot. For me it'd be very uncomfortable. Not picking on you, just asking. If you're still high teens, you'd be very surprised how 12-14% feels and looks. Best wishes guy. (For advice though, if youre this accurate on your macros, just adjust, see what your body does. Just don't do anything stupid)

I heard beaver is low in calories.. great advice Sam. Just make sure you eat 3+ times a day!!

Hell ya bad beaver does exist. I’ve seen it!!! It’s like big foot.. rare and hardly seen, but real as you and me.. lol
