Losing body fat while bulking?

Was wondering if you guys could give me a few ideas on what my diet should consist of. I am bulking right now and I work out 5 days a week pretty intense, I want to eat clean because I want all my abs to start showing. Is it possible to lose body fat while trying to gain muscle with out a ridiculously diet? Would appreciate any good suggestions for lunch ideas to-go, because i'm normally only home in the mornings and evenings. Also any body know of some good protein power that wont make me blow up with water retention?

Age: 21
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 188lbs
Body fat: Not too bad can see 4 abs, but aiming for 6 pack of course.

For a person eating 2000 calories a day, this would be 20 grams of saturated fat or less per day. And choose healthy unsaturated fats in place of saturated fats. extra calories even from fat-free and low-fat foods get stored in the body as fat. Many times people replace high-fat foods for high-calorie foods, like sweets, and gain weight rather than lose weight. Healthy fats include olive oil,vegetable oils, nuts, seeds, salmon, and avocado. So I guess you are doing the same mistake, consume fiber source like Oat and carrot in your food and take small portioned diet instead of bulk diet at a time.

Well...are you using gear? I'm just curious, because of your age. If you are or you aren't...it's fine(preferably the latter). But I know it's stated ALL the time that it's NOT possible to gain mass and lose fat at the same time...the thing is, is that you can...it just takes longer, lol!!! If you're just the average Joe interested in fitness, then what's the rush, right?!...and then you can try a program like that.

Packin lunches really isn't that hard(if you're home in the mornings and evenings)...I pack several for a day on most occasions, same kind of schedule.

Honestly, for a good protein powder...just do some investigating online(standard sites, BB.com/Prosource.net) and find a REASONABLY priced hydrolyzed and/or whey isolate. Those are THEE most cleanest and best absorbable whey proteins without any bloat.

R u going for a lean bulk cycle or wat? Diet is the key if u wanna stay kinda lean on a bulk cycle, its kinda hard keepin a six pack on a bulk cycle,, thats why IMO i think if ur gonna do a bulker then bulk the fuck up and if ur gonna do a shredder then shred the fuck up, ya get my drift? Lol
