cutting down naturally

Hey I need advice on cutting down naturally before starting a cycle. I weigh 225 I'd like to get down to 200 .It will be next summer before I start a cycle. So how is this 300 g protein 150 g carbs and 60g of fat weights 4 days a week cardio 3 days at 30 min any help or pointing me to articles would be appreciated.Thanks

I have one of those scales you step on and tells you bf% I can see my abs but not my obliques I eat healthy but really wanna turn up my metabolism from 4 meals to 6 I'm doing now

I just looked at your stats and it says you are 225lbs at 10%BF. If that's the case, then getting to 200lbs will mean sacrificing some muscle mass. You do the math, 22.5lbs of fat puts you at 202.5 with 0%BF. I hope your stats are incorrect.

That being said if you got to 200lbs you will be one ripped SOB!

If he is 6' 225lbs 10% hes already ripped! Cutting to 200 would be redicilious.

I think you're on the right track bro. I am 5'10 @232lb. I'm no pro, but for me I move to '2-A-days' (lifting) whenever I am looking to start leaning out. And cut carbs as low as I can get by with while maintaining my protein at around 300g. Then I'll up cardio slowly as needed when my leaning progress tapers off. Just remember that it's not about weight. It's about body composition. Don't focus so much on fat that you lose hard earned muscle. Take it slow.

Maybe someone who REALLY knows what they are talking about will chime in and help you out. But that is my 2cents. Seems to work for me.
