CRITIQUE my CUTTING meal plan!
As someone who is quite overweight and prone to fat loss, I created this cutting plan so I could lose fat while preserving as muscle I could hold onto.
Stats:
5'10
230lbs
26%bf
*****I'm NOT running any AAS. My bf is too high and being gyno prone won't make it any easier. I will be using ECA but that's as far as it gets. My carbs I'll be cycling. My training is very intense.
Once I'm down to 12-15% bodyfat, I'm hoping in 20-24weeks, I'll begin a 12-16 week recomp cycle to bring my body to polish.
Here's my meal plan!

NickshojShould I just stick with optimum gold standard? I don't rely on supplements but rather use them for easier access to nutrition. It helps me put down the protein easier. Thank for the input guys, it really helps coming from somebody of a higher body fat.
Please tell me this isn't the protein you're using

I used them for 2 years! It hurt me reading the purity and reviews of them. All that money gone
Go with big companies that have been around for awhile, with protein it is expensive to make so cheap protein should throw up a red flag, go with companies like optimum nutrition or things of the like. Also do not put your faith in supplements , I personally don't even count them into my nutrition because you truly don't even know if your getting what is stated on the label as the FDA does not regulate them sot therefore they can get away with cheapening the product with fillers. Best thing to do is focus on food and food alone.
