First time using Clen. Using liquidclen from Clen shop. No idea what to expect. Took the frost dosage get increased heart rate. No shakes or spasms yet. Should I increase the dosage. I am on currently 100mcg a day. I feel I have a increased heart rate all the time. Also wanted to ask if I take liquidclen is it normal to feel it within 30secs of consumption.

Hey mate. Don't increase as of yet. You are saying you don't want to cycle off it but you will have to as your body will build up a tolerance to it and it will loose its effectiveness. Try 2 on 2 off with Clen. It will not build up a tolerance as quickly and you will still see the benefits.
yah decided to do 2 on and 2 off now. What are your opinions on t3/t4 I was thinking of using it while on clen
FFS if this is the first time you're using clen and your heartrate is elevated don't increase the dose and come off after two week and cycle.
just wanted to know if i didnt want to cycle off clen I know you can use keto and benadryl but are there any others? I know benadryl is an antihistamine and in australia wasnt able to get it so i got the generic which is phenergan. Can I use this instead
Another thing. Is it normal that my appetite has gone through the roof. I eat everything in front of me.
I had increased appetite, which kind of defeats any benefits of clen.
I don't think that I'm a good study in clen. I know it works great for folks, but for me, I got the sides off a low dose and increased appetite and no real extra weight loss due to all that, on top of my exercise induced weight loss at the time.
BTW . . . I'm not saying at all that it doesn't work. It didn't do anything wonderful or dramatic for me is what I'm getting at.
I always had good luck right at 120mcg. But just like Lime said if you feel comfortable and not losing it where you're at then stick where you are. Everyone is different, if you want to increase another 20mcg try and see if you can handle it, if not then drop back and hold till end cycle.
Yeah I have high hopes for Clen. I have lost nearly 30kg. I am hoping to lose a little more. Can't wait. Always feel so warm and last night was sweating so much but it was pretty hot last night

Jtizzleliquid is very quick to kick in.. I wouldn't up dosage bro.. Sounds like ur at the sweet spot for now.
