Can anyone help me out with a female clen cycle? and what results can be expected?
My gf has been training for a few years and wants to do a clen cycle.

Bodyfat: Not sure, but higher than what she wants
Her diet i 4 clean meals a day, a shake and a snack.
She need to get her own profile going she would have a better success rate with getting what she wants as she can answer the question you don't have answers to
Before giving any clen cycle advice I would need to know current diet protocol and current stats plus a pic.
