+ 2 Anyone wanna tell me what bf% I look like?
ad
So I don't have calipers to measure myself yet but could anyone maybe help me try to guess my body fat percentage?
I'm still really unhappy with my love handles but I feel like losing nearly twenty pounds has helped a lot.

Yes you have. I got good memory most of the time for being almost 50. But for this dude biebs. I said to add the carbs in. NOT carb load
You know what i mean i hope
O yeah I know what you mean about carbs. Yea I love carbs so I'm all for carbs but that's just my body. I'm no special diet guy. But I can see what you mean. I wish this guy the best.
I'm not scared of carbs lol. I'm just following keto while I cut, ketosis sounded like a good way to lose weight so I went with it. I'm definitely going to add carbs back into the diet when I go for a bulk. I already have my pantry full of oats and rice and all kinds of veggies with carbs. Just figured I'd give keto a shot since I've heard a lot of people were successful with it
I’ve had better success on Carnivore than keto I would focus this entire year on cutting, getting as low as you possibly can go then maybe the following year start incorporating more calories or increasing carbs to acquire mass. You just have to stay consistent and focus 100% on your diet. It takes time for your body to adjust so there isn’t much you can do in a month but there’s no reason why you can’t improve your physique drastically within a 3 month span. 6 month span, you could easily drop to 15% and who knows, maybe a whole year, maybe 10-12%, that last 2/3% to get to 10% is much harder than getting from 25% to 15%.
Most people attempting keto are actually doing the carnivore diet. Most people think keto is just don't eat any carbs. That is not the case for true keto. You also have to limit the protein you are eating or you will force glycogenesis to occur. This basically means that your body actuallly takes that protein and makes it into glucose which now kicks you out of ketosis. Pretty crazy. You pretty much have to limit your protein to something like less than 20% or so of cals to stay in true ketosis. Basically you just eat fat for keto. Most people do it wrong, Keto and bodybuilding should not be used in the same sentence
Carnivore and bodybuilding
A source on here was telling me about the carnivore diet, even in moderate time frames there’s research done that proves it’s many benefits for overall health. Both general and preventative.
I agree 100%. Keto is totally unnecessary and I’ve achieved better results on carnivore at a shorter time period than I ever did on Keto. Carnivore didn’t really give me brain fog either and I never even had cravings for carbs or felt lethargic.
It’s an adjustment but after 2 weeks, everything is smooth.
I end up on carnivore at the end of a prep just out necessity, but would I do it from the get go, hell no. I like me carbs
I'll try it out. Watching a video on it now and it sounds fine especially since I haven't really been enjoying the coconut oil and olive oil lol.
Butter is so much better lol
Yeah, you’d probably be too depleted if you do it any sooner. I even incorporated fruit at the 6th week because I didn’t want to drop any more weight or size. It served its purpose and will most likely be doing it again in a few months once I’m healed up.
Tell me more about the carnivore diet though
There are plenty of you tube videos on carnivore.

If you stay strict, you’ll lose a good amount of fat.
I'll check it out, thanks man
That's the plan my man, Maybe not a whole year but at least 3 months to six depending on the results I get. I've already lost nearly twenty pounds but It's slowing down some now that I got rid of the water weight and all that extra stuff. I'm not obsessed with being super lean or anything I just don't want to be fat and want more muscle or at least all my current muscles to be visable lol
I would say you need to drop another 20lbs of fat. That should have your abs starting to pop a little. As far as time frame. 1.5 - 2lbs/wk is tops that you want to be losing, otherwise you may be sacrificing muscle. So to drop that 20lbs safely you are looking at somewhere around a 10-15wk timeframe from now, as long as you don't screw your diet up. I would give yourself 4months.
That's not too bad, man I appreciate you fr. You're the guy who every time I see a comment from you I make sure I read it and remember it
Speaking of which, here’s a good write up from a very knowledgeable member.

Check out some of his other posts too. You have the best guys on here giving you advice, you just have to see it through. Post another pic up in June. We’re rooting for you.
You got it beibs
Body fat !!!! The guy needs some muscle to fill out his frame. You scared of carbs to i guess
Ssshhhh wanted. glycogenesis is a scary word. If you stop eating carbs your body can morph fats and proteins into glycogen for energy. Duh don’t you read Reddit?!
Ha...carbs are muscle sparring so if he's going that route I agree he'll need carbs, don't wanna neglect carbs.
I don't plan on staying on low carb for too long. I will keep y'all updated though for sure and I am going to reach my goals and be better.
Good luck bro, we are all rooting for you!
Thanks buddy, I'll keep y'all posted on my progress. Going to go against some people's advice and continue the cut before I start my cycle. Still gonna lift and do everything to build and or maintain muscle in the meantime but I just don't want to rush into something and regret it. But I will post once I'm finished with the cut and during cycle. Appreciate you and everyone else's encouragement
Wishing a well man. And yea keep us updated
I will brother and thanks for the encouragement
I'm saying the same thing. Could keep cutting down to 190 or w.e but you build that base right now And in 6-8 months it'd be a true transformation. I know I've been here
I'm gonna get there
I saw your helpful comments and i agree on most. Except the lifting super heavy. Probably break some bones until he gets some carbs in those muscle to be able to handle the heavier lifting.
Whys your pecker bone showin?
Thats wierd you noticed that. So i stood infront of my sink and mine stands way past my belly button when soft
Pics 4 proof
Bros playing tummy sticks with ya
Looks like ole dude trying to get stuck with that stick! Just saying man
Haha!
Peekie boo! Lol
Lol
Lmao what?
Youre dick knob is showing ...lol. why?
It does look pretty suspect now that I look at it but I assure you I don't show my knob for free --
So we have a chance? Lol! Have a great day
U too...now go on your pecker hunt my man!! Enjoy
I think what he's trying to tell you is that he wants your pecker to be showing. I don't see anything that even resembles a pecker, but then again that's not the first thing I would even look for on another man's pic lol
Yes you would
Ok my bad. Usually the male penis is located more towards the middle bottom of the torso lol. Looks like his thumb is pushing down causing an indenture. Looks a bit red maybe. But no man it ain't the guy's penis. Wrong guy...no luck with this one!
My bad i guess. Mine sticks up well past my belly button. Lol
Ps----made ya look! Never seen a thumb that fat before
I bet that makes it alot easier for you to grab ahold of it with your mouth huh?? Maybe a holding spot lol? I feel ya. Us normal guys can't relate. You're lucky.
Now that I zoomed in, the bottom of his mirror is angled strange so kinda hard to tell but then again I wasn't looking as hard as you were lol
72 inch samsung plasma. No thumb nail on that bob head. Haaaa. Funny of the day
Hahaha. Lil rascal still a trip. I agree funny of the day.
