+ 1 1st show prep 4.5 weeks out
I'm currently 4.5 weeks out from the emerald cup, this is my first show. I just started doing really low carbs on Monday they're at 140ish (don't count greens and veggies) with greens they're like 180ish. My calories right now sit at 2800-low 2900.
I'm doing fasted cardio (with BCAAs) 3-4 days weekly and HIIT 2-3 days weekly. On HIIT days I only have two carb meals so carbs are even lower on those days as well as Marcos, macros are about 2500-2600 on those days. Carbs on these days (not included greens) are under 100g.
My currently cycle is currently this:
Prop 150mg EOD
Primo enth 200mg EOD (I started the primo 4 weeks ago donut well into my system)
Tren ace 200mg EOD
Mast ace 150mg EOD
T3 150mcg ED (just finished 2nd week of clen so I'm off for two weeks now)
12.5mg aromasin EOD
Var will start at 3 weeks out
I issue is this:
1. I'm having a real bitch of a time bringing my legs in.
2. I don't feel my bf is where it should be at currently
Any help or insight would be great!

I've been around, just hiding in the shadows haha. I honestly believe that the diet and not certain exercises bring detail. That's just me tho
Hey bro , it's forever changing currently I'm doing Giant sets (Milos Sarcev- Dennis wolf from hungry like a wolf DVD) style.

I always train quads and hams on different days. IMO full range of motion ie deep squats (ass to ankles and controlled tempo never allow momentum to come into the movement.
This would be a bread and butter quad day...
Leg extensions 20,15,15,8
Squats 25, 20, 15, 15 ( using rest/pause method when needed)
Sissy squat 15,15,15
Leg press (feet high and heels up so pressing from toes ) 15,15,15
I would mix this up by superseting exercises and might play around with from squats for variety...
Hams would look like this
Glute ham raises 20,20,20
Stiff leg dead heavier mid range (stopping 3/4 way up before glutes fire)
Seated ham curl 20,15,15
Stiff leg dead light going all the way up and big glute contraction...
I had the same problem as you. This workout added girth, vascularity & separation in my quads.
Good to see you on the boards again. Thought you fell off
+1 for competing!!
