What you guys think about this diet from Stan,anyone tried it?
It's just eat high quality protein,complex carbs,fruit and veg.. exactly what All serious bodybuilders have done last 50 years?

It’s all relative! The best thing to do is get a DNA analysis to see how your body responds to different foods and whatever your body assimilates the best! Gene variants & DNA play a critical role in diet.

The one thing I see Stan doing that I don’t see a lot of other guys doing is blood testing his athletes and then using whole food sources to supplement any micronutrient deficiencies. Specific vitamins and minerals, that sort of thing. Can’t hurt.

It's a common sense bodybuilding diet. Like you say most bodybuilders have been doing it for a long time. No need to get fancy.

It's eat Steak & Rice for virtually every meal of the day when I've watched his videos on it, so that it burns through and digests as quickly as possible in order for you to eat quickly again to bulk and gain strength as much as possible. Stan has produced many top level strongmen and powerlifters using the principles of it. Thor and Larry Wheels both use it after they hired him, the guy is a nutritional god.
