Post cycle nutrition

Sooooo just finished a bulk cycle. Obviously I can’t keep my food where it was (tried that multiple times always put on fat) so since I’m not running any goodies that require insane amounts of carbs ;) that’s roughly 1000grams less a week(total) think that should be sufficient or more carbs should be taken?
(In case you wanna know where I was on my bulk i would carb cycle)

Low day 350 grams of carbs

Medium day 575 grams of carbs

Highday 900 grams of carbs

Should I continue to carbs cycle but obviously less per day?And I would just repeat that over and over again. Protein gonna keep up around 250-300 and no more than 50grams of a day a day (I don’t add any fats, all fats come from my red meat/and little dribbles from cooking with olive oil)***

Truth be told if the higher end carbs are making you fat jim, then by all means cut back or get fat. Good to see you being active in the forums like a responsible member.
