Most gyms don't require heavy drug use to be a member. There is nothing "fast" about changing your body when it comes to weight lifting, bodybuilding, or physique development. Some say consistency others call it a life style. If you look in the drop down on the top of this page press the community tab, forum, there is a great section on diet and nutrition that are tailored to weight loss, gain, supplements, and meal ideas. Best of luck on you path. I took the path of greater resistance.

Have you even tried lifting weights and eating more food? " I want to go to the gym, but do not want to use heavy drugs. " This statement is ridiculous.

I quit smoking two months ago. Since that, I'm just doing cardio, running, push-ups. But I had not yet begun serious workout.

Grats on quitting smoking. You dont need a diet and detailed exercise plan at this stage. You only need to make lifting weights a priority and a habit. Without a love for training, no regimen will do you any good.

Read the diet and exercise forums and experiment with the ideas there. We all respond differently, so trial and error is invaluable. Good luck

I read a lot of articles, but many of them differ from each other. Can you give a couple of recommendations based on your experience.

Like said above, at the min you just need to make lifting weights/exercising part of your lifestyle.
I've accepted your friend request, pm me and I'll help with a good beginners workout.
