****Diet question for gaining****

Ok just a little background. Sorry if this is the wrong section. I was out the gym for about a year due too some injuries that required surgery, blew out my shoulder and a inguinal hernia. So I lost everything from the last 7 years just being slack. I am back in the gym and running my first cycle in 4 years. I started at 145 and on week 6 of my cycle I am at 172. I am running ( Sust, Deca, Test C, D-bol, and Letro)I have gained almost 30 pounds by week 6. Now here is my question. Alot of the guys in my gym have opted to take me on as their pet project of sorts. They are telling me I am not eating enough and missing out on some of my potential gains. How in the hell is that possible when I have put on damn near 30lbs in 6 flippin weeks. I am eating about 8 meals a day over 6000 calories. Are these guys trying to compare me to what they are eating? They are 230+ pounds looking like they are preping for contest which one actually is. Example where I am eating 2 cans of tuna they are telling me to take it up to 6 cans. My mind tells me thats 216 grams of protein and I only need 40+. They tell me its the calories dont worry about the protein. I can get calories other ways if thats all it about. Also they are telling me I am eating too clean not to worry so much durng bulking phase, worry about eating clean during cutting phase. In my opinon I am not eating super clean but at the same time I dont want a bunch of garbage that I am gonna have to turn around and bust my ass to work off, come time to cut. Is this holding me back? I am doing NO cardio right now and holding just enough fat to cover my abs. Here is a sample of my diet I do slightly change it up form day to day but not much.

Meal 1 - half carton of egg beaters w/ fat free refried beans and whole wheat tortilla, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/2 c of oatmeal

Meal 2 - 2 cans of tuna w/ whole wheat crackers and Natural Peanut butter and Sugar free jelly on whole wheat, Glass of fat free milk

Meal 3 - Protein Shake called serious mass by (ON) W/ milk its 1630 calories 74g of protein and 292g of carbs

Meal 4 - 2 cans of tuna w/ whole wheat crackers and Natural Peanut butter and Sugar free jelly on whole wheat, Glass of fat free milk

Meal 5 - Cup of cottage cheese, banana, cup of milk and PB-n-J

Meal 6 - PWO Shake same as above

Meal 7 - 1/2 pound of ground turkey Meat Loaf or something with pasta or sweet potatoe and a veggie or salad

Meal 8 - Sometimes I skip this meal or sometimes its a shake or just a snack, just depends if I can cram anymore food into my belly.

Yeah I am glad now I took that before picture on Day 1 of this cycle. I cant wait to see what the finished result is. I have 3 weeks left on this bulking cycle before I start to cut. Its killing me not to take some pictures now to compare and see the progress.

Yeah man, I pretty sure they are fucking with you. Im 5 weeks and 15 lbs. You're obviously putting in work on your diet and training. Make sure to take pics at the end of your cycle...this will be a good one for us to watch.

Hmmm. Your mates are probably pulling your leg mate. You can only diest a certain amount of protein per sitting anyway. Let them eat their 6 cans of tuna. Stick to what you are doing.

Also, mix in a little cardio. A couple 15 min sessions a week, nothing too crazy. Will keep your appetite up

Only you can tell how your body responds to your diet and the gains you want to see. Don't let people try to sway your thinking. If you've gained 30lbs already and are happy with the results so far then that's all that matters. Just stay on top of your diet and track calorie intake everyday

Yeah, I am defin happy bout the results dont get me wrong, just tired of hearing them tell me I am not eating enough. I think some of these guys are watching my diet better than I am. I am sure they are just probably trying to push me as far as I can go on this bulk cycle before I go in to my cutting cycle. Maybe just all this extra test pumping in my system wanting to slap one of them..J/K

A lot of guys would be more then happy to put on 30lbs in a 12 week cycle let alone in 6 weeks like you did you must be doing something right.

Somewhere right around there. I know I am at 172 right now. I started around 145-150.
