BF% about 9-10% or more.. Smile

off cycle for 8 weeks now.
total run cycles in life, = about 5 cycles in last 10 years.
Last cycle was Tren E and Cyp...

What has been your favorite bulk cycle you have taken? Pm me and friend request, if you don't want to put it out there publicly. Trying to decide for this fall what I really want to take. I had great results a few years ago with Sus n Deca but it really made my hair fall out at high doses.. I know I am disposed to that happening anyway but why rush it.. Smile What have you had great results with?

I am a ectomorph body type.. Very hard gainer... I believe God made gear just for me to be happy.. Smile

Here is a link to my picture I just posted.. http://www.eroids.com/pics/pre-pics-before-next-cycle.-what-to-take-next...

your body does not give me the look of what i know to be a hard gainer. IMO I think your training is suspect. you should be able to build on that frame rather easy for awhile, chest, back and traps all look under trained.

thats not trying to belittle you, im being serious.

No offense taken.. It might be a lot in my head as far as hard gains. I know when I was younger it seemed damn near impossible to gain no matter how much I ate or lifted. Yes I will agree about being under developed in those areas as well. I am seriously focused on Back and Chest right now. My traps seem to come and go. One day they look great the next flat. Hopefully get a lot more on track here the rest of this year.

hard gains dont come from the head, they come from the diet! If i where to guess I would say your protein intake is way to low.

How long have you been back on track for? What were your stats before the injuries?

Gym Junkie's picture

I have been back on track probably a year now, really going at it. I was 195 at my peak with about 6-7% BF..

Right on, have you considered waiting a little bit longer before starting another cycle? Coming back from injuries is a big thing and it would be assume of you jumped into aas and sustained another injury...

Gym Junkie's picture

Yeah that would suck big time..

I don't want to sound like a dick but with That extensive of a cycle history I would expect more impressive stats. Is there a particular reason for this? My first guess would be your diet.... unless you have sustained a serious injury etc.

I'm a "hard gainer" too but it can be overcome if your diet is on track.

I was out a while for surgery. Shoulder and inguinal hernia, I had both repaired at the same time. The shoulder put me down for a long time.. Just being honest I slacked alot during my down time as well and probably took off more time than I truly needed.. Let me be the first to say that HERNIA sucks huge fucking dick when you have what looks like a extra ball in your sack.. lol
