Diet for a Lean Bulk cycle and to stay lean in general
Hey gang.
Starting my second cycle in a couple months, trying to get all the hard details down now. My first cycle was test e 500mg/week and prop first 4 weeks. I ate a lot and not always the best things. I'm a smaller guy so i by no means was hitting those 5k cal regimens. I did put on over 20 pounds and blew up. Looking back I noticed I had a hell of a belly and my face was fat, Im going with water retention. Anyway, Im short as well 5'8 and 175lbs right now at 12-14% bf.
Goal next cycle is to put on 10-13 pounds of LM. I dont care to bulk and look like shit and gain more weight. I have already had to buy new suits and I'm not doing that again. I dont think I would look good any bigger anyway.
So my question for you guys...
What should my diet look like.
Foods I commonly consume entail:
Lean Beef
chicken
Turkey
lots of raw eggs
sweat potatoes
peanut butter
oats
milk
blueberries
greek yogurt
bread
tuna
strawberries
Thats really it.
I want to know what source of carbs would be ideal for me to put on some quality mass while keeping bf down. Timing would be awesome as well. I am also looking for something maintainable.
Thanks in advance guys.
