GameTymeMirror matters but the scale never lies. The mirror plays tricks on our minds at times I know for me any who some days I feel tiny and some days I feel like a monster but the scale holds the truth.
Really only go by mirror at this point. I won't care about the scale until I compete
Awww, I didn't make it in time lol
I use the scale and a BF caliper. That way I have hard numbers to back up whether I am losing fat, gaining muscle, etc. I then know if I need to adjust my diet to get the results I am looking for. But of course I also look in the mirror everytime I go by it.
I cant follow the scale any more lol.. It angers me too much. I carry 165 like I look 185 and I carry 185 like 200. Really messes with my head. I go by the mirror unless the scale is necessary.
Tinyboyyea it will get the best of ya sometimes ...cause everybody wants to think big is how much tha scale says but I think for tha most part guys under 200lbs are more worried about the scale than guys above 200lbs ..say for insant a guy 240 will drop 30 and be 210 and happy but a person like myself 190ish would be like I wish I was 240 lol guess that's just how we think
mirror. throughout my cycle i've been 230-220 lbs. But def put on the size while leaning up a bit. Looking at the scale drives me crazy at times.
TinyboyI hear ya .. drives you crazy not some much when its going up huh lol
Not a hard gainer bro, believe it or not I used to freak out when the numbers went up. Always been a big bodied person, Its easy for my to gain muscle and unfortunately fat as well.
