Supernova283Potatoes are extremely high in glycemic index. Might consider switching to a better carb source.
I feel more more full with the higher GI carbs and I feel better when I train but When I diet I switch to lower GI carbs and taper the amount down as I get closer to my goal.
Why 2 multivitamins?
Looks like healthy foods, just try to get more of your vitamins from fruits and veggies. Also just make sure its the right amount of calories for your goals,
you are the only one that can say yay or nay.
I take the multi in place of veggies I'm around 5000cal a day trying to put on as much mass with as little fat gain as I could.
Looks like a pretty clean diet mate. If one thing I would try throw some veg in the mix.
I know bro I hate veggies lol the only time I eat a crap load of veggies is when I cut a lot of carbs but I'll try to man up at eat them haha
That's clean lol, you should see my diet.
AND I HAVE A CHEAT MEAL ONCE A WEEK. WHERE EVER THE WIFE WANTS TO GO FOR DINNER.
