Supplements and everyday living
Hello ladies and gents and those that have left or are planning to leave humanity behind lol
I want talk about a topic that is very much a part of my life and that is supplements. Considering now a days all contaminants and all sorts of hormones that is added to food I believe today more than ever supplements should be added to everyday living. First of all is a holistic approach and changes come slow not even close as AAS but if one is consistent they do come. The key is consistency and commitment. Terms that are necessary if one will achieve change in everything we do. The purpose of this writing is not to dictate information but rather to share it and expand it by having your participation in the subject. I'm here to grow in ALL areas and that I can't do on my own.
My supplement foundation is multivitamins "sport" it includes a small BCAA blend , creative amplifiers, energy blend consist of ginkgo biloba, green tea, cayenne pepper and spiraling.
Fish Oil to lower cholesterol but I make sure I get 950 mg of omega 3 per pill a fatty acid responsible for heart health but also a anti-inflammatory agent responsible for joint health. I actually take at least 1900mg of that omega per day.
Saw Palmetto rich in fatty acids , Lycopene, beta-Sitosterol and zinc for healthy prostate support and urinary flow
Odorless Garlic For cardio health and high BP it can lower total and LDL cholesterol by about 10-15% but has no reliable effect on HDL it has antioxidant properties good against other symptoms but my target for use is high BP
Dandelion Root has a natural diuretic effect allowing your liver to eliminate toxins. it helps the immune system, balance blood sugar levels and also gall bladder disorders, kidneys, skin disease and urinary disorders
Turmeric Curcumin a very strong antioxidant that neutralizes free radicals with powerful anti-inflammatory effects responsible of liver regeneration and the benefits of it are huge because its regeneration is at molecular level. Now this is the tricky thing about this supplement that I just recently found out. You might not want to think of savings when it comes to turmeric curcumin because is a fat soluble meaning is not absorb in the body without fats therefore you must get it with black pepper that contains piperine which enhances the absorption of curcumin by 2000%
Milk Thistle is supplement that we all are well familiar with for liver health
I'm done writing lol Basically this are my must have everyday supps I call them my essentials I have pounded my body and thanks to the good Lord in heaven and the herbs He created I'm still here.
My fellow comrades' in steel to good health and constant gains... Merry Christmas!!!
