Hi Hixy,
Ima combat veteran, and I received MAny injuries. carrying a 100 plus pound combat load so on and so forth.
I have had alot of pain, and while some say deca quick I think there is way more to taking deca than just pinning and grinning. You need to do all types of test with deca, and do a pct. Now your buying 5 compounds, all to counter balance each other. Yikes Deep water for the Newb Like me.

For my joints I use Animal "Flex" I get mine from a warehouse for cheap. Let me list some ingredients for you to google the effectiveness.
Animal Flex does include many of the most common ingredients for joint supplement products such as Chondroitin, Glucosamine HCI, Boswellic Acid, MSM, Curcumin, CMO, and Hyaluronic Acid, but it does not include Boron which is seen as the most important of all ingredients when it comes to treating arthritis. If its arthritis you have simply add Boron to your stack. Now I am only 32 and this has been working wonders for me. Clicks and pops seems less dramatic, and I find myself really moving mid workshit, where as last year this time I was pained and sluggish.
It also includes other ingredients such as vitamins and minerals. Here is a link to the official ingredient list. I would not purchase it from them, they over charge for it.

Now I have been taking it for 3 months and its part of my daily regiment now. On days where I wake up and feel abnormal discomfort I take 2 packs a day, one at night, and one morning. The packs are easy to take, and easy to take with you. I paid $19.99 for it PM me I'll tell you where. It gives you 44 packs so thats a great price (in my eyes) for a product that gives you 44 days worth (or 3 weeks if your feeling severe) I have not needed to take 2 packs a day in a while. I love the cost effectiveness, and the quality.

Good Luck to you. And remember to drink 10% of your body weight in water a day. Dehydration leads to all types of pains!
