I totally ran out of my standard whey protien..i have some on the way but dont know when it will arrive... All i have is Case in Protien... Is it okay if i use that instead of the regular whey protien (for now)???

Casein & melatonin before bed. I command you to grow. Talk to your muscles.
AnonCasesin protien is a slow burning protien that all milk products have. But its to slow to take post work out you wont get the max benefits of the absorption rate like whey does for that 30min window you have post workout.
Casesin is best taken before bed so ur body wont strave at night.

i heard mixed reviews that casein isnt good for you. but i usually eat cottage cheese before bed since its very similar
