Raise HDL -homebrew

ad

Had some Asian friend turn me onto this so I tried it out for several months and had some blood work done before and after. Granted the results were a bit tainted cause of the gear, but for how easy it is I'm sold anyway so thought worth throwing it out there, especially to you veterans who wanna take care of the old ticker.

1 Cup garlic juice (thats a cup of liquid garlic juice after juicing)
1 Cup Ginger Juice (same as above)
1 Cup Lemon Juice
1 Cup apple cider vinegar

Simmer on LOW heat, don't cook the darn thing and kill off the good stuff, reducing to between 2-3 cups of liquid, than add 3 cups of honey and place in a jar for storage.

Take 1-2 tablespoons on empty stomach either first thing in the morning or right before bed (I took mine before bed and had some milk after to cancel out the stench)

my next batch i'm making with raw honey, and organic stuff and better quality ACV.

Warning: Making this will cause your house/apt to smell like hot death for several days. The Indian dude who shared it with me told me it clears out an blockages or build ups you may have. My experience was that it caused my good HDL cholesterol to shoot up so go figure.

actually tastes fine, i pretty much hold my breath and slam it down so maybe it's nastier if your a sicko and like savor it. haha. And it doesn't linger but for the wife's sake i'll swig a little milk a couple minutes later to neutralize the breath.

its one of those things that people are mad skeptical about, but most of these ancient remedies come from people who never had the kind of degenerative disease we have today and could kick some serious ass.
