post workout

do you guys just use protein or do you use an actual "post workout product" if so what do you like to use?

also what is your advice on the "natural hardcore products" as it is at in the store as; such as powerFULL or other hgh boosting products

I eat a 3 to 1 carb protein meal (e.g., salmon and potatoes) accompanied with a smoothie of whey protein, yogurt, high-GI fruits (like mangoes and melons), and some bananas for potassium.

I prepare the meal (ready to cook or reheat) before going to the gym so I can eat as soon as I return.

post workout: 1 scoop iso 1 scoop cassein for me.

im with alpha, protein only. i think the natural boosters are crap. if you want to increase gh, make sure you get plenty sleep, this will increase testosterone as well. they are released in pulses while you sleep so lack of sleep means lack of hormones. for post workout shake.... i work out at night so its one scoop of whey and one scoop of casein

I used to use the pre workout crap and all the other supp's but honestly I think its a waste of money I only take my protein shakes
