+ 5 NAC...who knew
ad
Hi all. I was doing some shopping for NAC for my next cycle which is the only time I have ever taken it (for liver support) when I came across a couple articles describing all the other things it does and could potentially be used for. I had no idea. I thought I would share these for everyone to read. I may start a daily regiment off cycle as well. Does anyone use NAC regularly off cycle? Im very curious as to your thoughts? Or if there are negatives to doing so, anyone has experienced.

Another benefit of NAC that I read about recently is say you have taken some Paracetamol for a headache or other type of pain, if you then take some NAC it makes the analgesic (pain numbing) property of the acetaminophen more effective!! It doesn't actually cancel it out but helps it.
Took a superdrol cycle not too long ago and only took NAC, liv52, and multi. The bloods speak for themselves. That shit really works. Never had my liver values that good on an oral. Especially SD.
JayD718What's up bro. I myself run N-A-C year round, as part of my daily liver health regimen. For my liver health, I take N-A-C, Milk Thistle Extract, Soya Lecithin, Turmeric, Melatonin, Alpha-Lipoic-Acid, and Aged Garlic Extract. The N-A-C is very beneficial to take year round, but you are supposed to take it for 5 days on, and two days off. N-A-C can really help regenerate the liver. They actually use it in hospitals, on patients that have overdosed on acetaminophen(Tylenol). The N-A-C will actually break down to L-glutathione once taken orally. I'm sure you probably heard of the benefits for your liver, of the other supplements in my daily liver regimen, except for probably the Melatonin. However, there is research to back up claims of Melatonin actually helping to lower your liver enzymes. I was surprised as well, when I first heard it. I've been using these supplements for years, with great benefits for the health of my liver. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, or (NAFLD), is a liver ailment that is not talked about enough in my opinion. This is when fat is deposited in the liver, not due to alcohol. If caught early enough, you can actually reverse this liver ailment, especially with the help of the supplements I mentioned above, and I say this because that is precisely what I did, when I was diagnosed with a very mild case of NAFLD, from most likely, all the saturated fat that I was consuming daily, from those huge protein bars, which are meant to be a meal replacement, and not just a snack, but I would actually sit down and eat like 4 or 5 at once as a snack, then my meal. Also, I was taking Melanotan 2 for tanning, so who knows, that could of been a contributing factor as well. So, that is why I continue to stay on my daily liver regimen of the supplements that I mentioned above, plus others, for different reasons. But now, I totally reversed my fatty liver, because I caught it early before it developed more, because I stopped consuming all that saturated fat, I stopped using the Melanotan 2, and went on a serious diet and lost 50 lbs, and with the help of the supplements mentioned above.
Hi jay,
I run this all year round with milkthistel.
On cycle I'll BUMP it up to 1,200mg a day (2 weeks preloaded at that dose). Then run it at a maintenance dose of 600mg.
On the 2 week pre load I'll also add 500mg of tudca and run that dose for the duration of the cycle.
This might sound strange but I'm certain when I bump it up to 1,200mg I can breath easier.
Another thing to note is if your supplement doesn't smell like rotten eggs then it ain't real NAC
Great info thanks! Im not running anything right now anabolic wise. But I did start a maintenance dose of 600 mg daily. It's only been a couple of days so we'll see how it goes. It does have a bit of an odor. But to be honest on my last cycle I was taking a tudca/nac combo and you couldnt go in thee same room I opened that bottle in without smelling that shit. I will have to look into the brand I bought a little further. Make sure I got what I paid for.
Anytime mate stay safe ;)
It's one of the few supps I take that I can actually feel the difference.
Started up with as as protection from the anadrol.
I do slip and drink, taking some NAC before and after really reduces the hangover.
The Anadrol is not working out, I've been trying to make it work for 10 weeks now.
Just bloating, perky tits, chipmunk cheeks, all this using more AI ,joints hurt from keep estro so low.
My buddy running it had to stop,a bursitis set into the leg muscles, I get some of this too.
Painful inflammation as a main feature sucks, anadrol sucks.
Ten minutes wasted fighting the captcha just to post this comment.
Lol, well thanks for posting it! Im interested in hearing everyones experiences with it. Im not on cycle but will start it right away and will post up how it does for me.
Thanks!
I did a lot of research on NAC about a year ago and read about the mental health benefits (depression , anxiety , ocd ) and I started using it and seems to help a little so I'll continue to use it . Thanks for sharing
basskiller89I had no idea the full spectrum of benefits NAC offers
