+ 1 Ecdysteroids such as Turkesterone

ad

Has anyone seen any benefit from these? I've taken some of them though I've read the extract is bunk for their certain product. I have a bunch of beta-ecdysterone and was wondering if it is even worth it to stack it with oils.

CONCLUSION
"This project demonstrates the performance-enhancing effect
of ecdysterone in humans. Thus, our results strongly suggest
including ecdysterone in class S1 “Anabolic Agents”. As it is
reported in the literature, the mechanism of action of ecdys-
terone appears as independent from the androgen receptor
activation, but it is rather exhibited by the activation of the
estrogen receptor beta. However, further investigations on
the activity of ecdysterone are recommended. They should
also include a controlled administration trial of ecdysterone
in humans to elucidate the metabolism of ecdysterone and
to evaluate possibilities for its improved detection in doping
control analyses."

Snake oil. Any effects you perceive are purely placebo.

I've been working out for 19 years and know my stable baseline based on diet, supplements, etc.
I am confident this root compound made a difference for me. If people are limited to natty, they too should create a baseline and then try it out based on the concentrations and dosages I outlined below. It made a noticeable difference... unquestionably. Not placebo, but I do respect your opinion.

LOL, love your Mothra comment below... my son and I are huge into then entire Godzilla Franchise all the way back to 1954.
Anyways, the Turkesterone supplement I have been taking is a plant-based root compound extract from Ajuga Turkestanica:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25953625/

Maybe some are extracted from mothball fuzz, but the one I have is purely root extract concentrate. This ecdysteroid is considered an insect steroid as it is found among insects but proven in the lab to have anabolic effects on mice too.

Lol, nice one!

If someone was natural and gear wasn't an option, why is there such a concern using ecdysteroids?

It is responsible for many thing beyond molting in insects and proven through numerous studies to have anabolic effects on mice.

Just curious if gear is not an option, what is so bad about using a root compound that may lead to benefits?

Thanks!

I have been taking Turkesterone for 2 weeks now. I noticed dramatic results by the 2nd & 3rd day as compared to my previous/baseline supplement routine.

I am purchasing a 50:1 extract directly from a supplier, not the blended or expensive products various companies are marketing today. Each capsule is 350mg @ around 20% Turkesterone.

I take 3 capsules in the late morning/early afternoon with my other supplements and another 3 capsules after my first meal around 4:00pm - 6:00pm (depending on the day) with the remaining of my supplements. That is a total of 2.1 grams of 50:1 extract, or 0.42 grams of pure Turkesterone taken over two applications per day.

I have much more endurance, greater swelling effect, little extra umph, and greater healing/muscle repair time. This is on top of my intermittent fasting, strict food diet, and other supplements: zinc, magnesium, potassium, royal jelly, bee pollen, ginseng, gingko biloba + some iron and vitamin c thrown in every now and again.

The ecdysteroid from CENSORED is THE REAL DEAL. Just make sure you get it from a quality source without too many fillers or too low of a concentrated extract.

Hope this info helps, happy to answer any questions.

Happy Lifting!

read the rules

ET-Power's picture

Sorry I am new here. I did read the rules and am not quite sure what I did wrong. I am not promoting any one product or from any one company. I just listed the plant root/herb that the Testosterone is derived from. I apologize for breaking the rules as I did not mean to.

I read the SRC Rules and am unsure how I broke them, please advise so I do not do it again.

Thank you!

Never tried Turkesterone but I have ran the ecdysteriod brand Omnibolic. I wouldn't recommend it. It did improve straighten and aggression in the gym with a little weight gain but it gave me gyno..

I had been off cycle and through pct for over a month and a half when I ran it. Near the end of the bottle gyno started to appear under my right nip. I was able to nuke it with letro and nolva.

I've tried Turkesterone and beta ecdysterone, It seem to improve my attitude and over all cholesterol levels but no significant signs of gains.
