WithdrawlI'm also going to recommend a good probiotic and digestive enzymes. A great probiotic is Vitamin Code RAW probiotic for men. Very strong. If you're short on cash then PB8 by Nutrition Now is a good everyday probiotic for a good price. The best digestive enzymes are made by a company called Enzymedica (I'd recommend Digest or Digest Gold). They really are the best on the market but they can be a little pricey. A good month long run of strong probiotics and digestive enzymes do wonders for most people I work with. Your clean diet will also help the process along.
mr127superdeei am looking into all 3 of these products you just mentioned thank you never though of the probiotic thing but im all about perfecting this shit!
AnonArtichoke extract will help with digestion as well as helping with cholesterol.
mr127superdeei do need to lower my cholesterol a lil bit would i take this in conjunction with a dygestive enzyme?
U need a cleanse and jump start with some healthy enzymes. U need a daily probiotic and 1 cup of kumbucha with each meal. Both will add enough healthy enzymes to help with the bloating and bowel issues. Sage is amazing for upset stomach and blocked gas.
Ur diet is tits but not impeccable. U need to pre soak ur oats. Oats have a hard casing that prevents the human intestine from processing it. Soaking it in water overnight will break that casing down and allow for proper digestion. U should buy this book:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0967089735
mr127superdeeby kumbucha do you mean the tea or some other form? this is the second time in one day i read about soaking oats so im convinced. is it ok to soak in a the refridgerator. im getting the book i def need some help lol
Ya I guess it's tea. It's more a fermented drink than a tea. Real kumbucha is fermented mushroom water with added ingredients. The enzymes from the mushroom is thick and visible at the bottom of the bottle. That's the shit that's good for u. When taken with food it immediately starts breaking the food down. While water actually prevents a thorough digestion when taken with food. It's expensive but a great tool to add to the arsenal.
The book is a throwback to the style of cooking and foods that our ancestors ate. Back to the days where there was no illnesses derived from shitty food and obesity was unheard of. Our ancestors had it right. Nowadays everything is processed essentially made to kill us and kill our brain cells.
mr127superdeeyou know it brother! im trying this soak tonight 1 cup water 2 tbspns applecider vinager overnight on the counter sound right?
Ah the apple cider vinegar. That's solid bro. I hate the taste of that shit tho. If u can stomach it you body will thank u later. Studies have shown it can help with lowering glucose levels which is great for folks with family history of diabetes. In a study with rats it lowered cholesterol and blood pressure. It's also known to have some interesting abilities to help slow cancer cell growth and help with weight loss. Let me know how u like the taste homie. Shit is a bit rough.
How late are you having that shake? Maybe it would be better to go with Casein whey since its a slow digesting, it might not taste the best but it does the job
mr127superdeei def gotta jump on this casien thing i dont think thats guna help my digetion issues but your right def a better protien for before bed
