Ok, so I used to take AST Multi Pro 32x awhile back, actually a LONG while back.. But for the past 10 er so years Ive been using Universals AnimalPak. A few months ago I switched up my diet and supplements, trying to consolidate and lean out to the necessities. I was taking a shit ton of vitamins/pills every day (mostly Universal products) and was getting sick of the timing and quantity and I didn't need half the shit I was taking as Im not a competitive body builder. I just figured why not try to cover all bases and provide as much nutrients that my body might need. Stupid idea. Too much of ANY thing is always a bad thing.

Anyway, seeing as Universals products are all "paks" with a crap ton of pills I decided to cut out all but Flex and PM (although I stopped using pm lately as well).
Since AST's mv/mm is prolly the second most favorite by popularity I decided to go back to it since it's only 1 pill and has almost everything AnimalPak has.
Lately though for a couple hours after taking it I get dull pains in my lower abdomen. Now I can't say for certain it's the AST MP 32x but now that it's been happening I vaguely remember this the last time I took it but it's been so long Im not positive it wasnt something else. Anyone ever hear anything about anyone having a hard time breaking down/digesting their mv/mm (AST in particular)?
I had lab work done last month and everything was aok. Lipids good, liver enzymes, ect.
Maybe Im just being a hypochondriac..
