what to do in my case

ad

Stats: 33 years old, 5"11 (give or take), 235, 15% bf

Prev cycles:
cycle #1: dbol only (I was an idiot)
cycle #2: test e 600mg 12 weeks,
cycle #3: test e 600mg 12 weeks,
cycle #4: test e 600mg, primo 600mg both for 12 weeks, t3
cycle #5: test e 1g, primo 600mg, t3

In my situation I am positive I have hit my genetic potential as my last 2 cycles I pretty much ended up back at 235 with the same bodyfat. That being said cycling for me at this point seems to be pointless because I end up back where I started eventually. Im thinking of blasting and cruising. My only concern is during the cruise period is that still more then pct in terms of keeping gains? I want to be 240 but 8% and just maintain that.

Couple things im confused about once I hit that 240 8% is...
1. How would you go abouts blasting and cruising to just maintain your body above its genetic limit but not gain size, or should I just cruise at a higher dose?

  1. I always use t3 in my cycles, I have heard people "cruising/little breaks" of t3 and using it year round with there blast and cruise.. for example 6 weeks on t3 and then 2 off at a low dose like 25mcg. Thoughts on this? I have a hard time staying lean and still enjoying life (natural endomorph)

The reason for t3 is I like to enjoy life and not have to eat 2.5k cals a day. I know that sounds like I lack motivation but for someone at almost 240 its such low cals:/

@33 you're still too young to blast and cruise... That's the thing with walking with the immortals, its only a part time gig (Tis far better to walk with the immortals for moments at a time then to suffer as mortals do for a lifetime)

I can almost bet you haven't done as much as could with tweaking the diet and training aspects

...and I hope you have a good endo doc if you are continually running t3 bro

33 and considering TRT? not a good option. this topic has been beaten to death lately. trust me when i say this, Im on TRT, my own doing and ultimately needed to make that medical choice. i dont advocate it all. all year round constant pinning, constant monitoring, libido issues, estrogen issues, effecting my sleep, if im not on top of things like i should my blood pressure rises quickly. prostate has to be kept a close eye on. im reserved to the fact that im most likely sterile now. using T3 all year round is extremely irresponsible. i have one son with hashimoto's thyroiditis and another with the extremely rare hashimoto's encephilopathy. i will never understand what the driving factor to play with the thyroid is. to me there is no justification for it unless your a PRO BB and under the strict care of a doctor. why are running such crazy cycles too. 1G of test is crazy. i would suggest researching as much as possible on here and letting this thread be dead till youve learned about responsible AAS for your health and saftey, you could easily make more gains and keep your gains and do it with out such tremendous amounts of gear and with out even approaching TRT for years to come.

why do you have libido issues if your injecting the same amount weekly?

aromatization, what test im not using is converting to estrogen. part of the deal. anyone who goes on TRT needs to keep the estrogen in check. so its not as simple as just pinning weekly, i get bloods done monthly if something is off sometimes several times a month, i have to take stuff all year round for organ protection, cholesterol, my prostrate and for estrogen and a bunch of other vitamins for general health i wouldnt never considered till i started. i have skin issues now, my skin is always horribly dry and and itchy from the serms, i also have to keep a close on my blood pressure and thyroid, and im constantly making sure im correctly hydrated, off cycle i could be lazy about some of this stuff, but now its a daily chore. my diet is even modified because of it, i dont eat anything iron fortified and nothing salty. also i need to monitor my RBC and donate blood when its high. its not all fun and games and just looking pretty i actually put more time into making sure my health is good than i do in the gym.
