+ 1 too fat to cycle?

ad

i am currently 71kg and have been planning my first cyle for over a year now. I started bulking a while ago as i was told i need to bulk up before doing a cycle. I started on 63kg and now 71kg but have now gained a bit of a belly. Not sure on my bf % but i can pinch over an inch of fat on my stomach. Do i need to lose this before I cycle? will this mean i will also lose muscle mass as the lack of carbs will force my body to break down muscle? thoughts please

thanks for th hlp guys and know i dont think im fat. I just hav gained a bit of a gut during my bulking and as im an ecto its the most fat i have ever had. I read some place that you have to have very low body fat to cycle but i now know this is not a fact. I know people think i should bulk more before i cycle but I have put it off for over a year while i did research and bulked. I am 27 going on 28 soon and have been training a long time. I feel i am ready to cycle. I also have goals to model and need to bulk for that as i have go see's in four months. thanks again for your advise

Hey brother I compete and in my off season if i have a off season to bulk. I will get up to 15-18% body fat. Once i start dieting hard which is about 18-20 weeks out i begin my cycle.at 15%-18% the best advice i could give is no your body!!!!! Know your compounds your running (how your body reacts) if you dont have years under your belt then i would stress to get on a diet a good one!!! and cardio it down to a lower bodyfat. Then start off with some low doses of test and be safe.

Great advice monstar, he needs to master nutrition before even contemplating AAS usage in my opinion.

Lift more and eat healthier then look into gear.

Also start a decent lifting program. I would never tell anyone that small to start gear I waited till I hit 205 lbs and 14%bf to start a cycle at 5'11".

Do you know why? The reason is you have to learn about your body before you start adding chemicals to it.

Eat healthy, lift more grow and lean out. Gaining weight is not connected to gaining fat.

Dude your 5 11 and 156 pounds? I wouldn't worry about, looking at your pic I'd guess around 14%ish. Go for it.

Too hard to tell because pinching an inch could be 3/4" water. Need to get accurate test done and we will be much obliged to help.
