Tired of searching - advice needed - roast away
Okay so you guys are probably going to roast me, but after reading up a lot I still feel like I need a specific answer.. Blame it on being Aussie?
Anyway here goes
Stats:
26
180cm - 6ft
105kg
17-20% body fat (educated guess)
Background
Have been training on and off for 10 years, I got extremely lucky and have pretty awesome genetics and really broad shoulders.
Current situation
Went from being a Concreter at around 95kg to a truck driver and things have ballooned. Luckily my body shape suits this weight I just want to get my definition back.
Questions
I want muscle size but I don't want to bloat any more.
As a first cycle it seems I should only use test e, but will this bloat bulk me too much? I think I could comfortably pull off 120 in my frame but I also don't want to be fat for summer (yep now I'm definitely getting roasted for that comment)
Also 12months ago when I was looking to bulk I decided on my cycle (after researching here) and got to the stage of ordering but obviously it's not that simple and I was unable to work out the black market payment.. Private message help for that? :-/
Anyway that's my first post. Any help plus plenty of criticism welcome will take it all on the chin and hopefully get where I want to be.

IfbbmoeTest e cycle with arimidex every third day at 1 mg or even .5 mg possibly would keep you lean (avoiding bloat). I think if you are going to cycle you should do that. Maybe take Clen after to keep the muscle while burning fat
You're kidding right?
send a request for aussie lounge.
Cheers mate have done now
RustyhookerYou changed careers which lowered your daily caloric burn. So your biggest enemy is foods...or....get that cardio up to burn off the excess. Typically for best results its food and gym increase.
Catalyst has a food forum in general. Thats the best spot to start or you'll continue to puffer up.
Also how do I upload a photo to this thread? My profile picture is a current photo.
Get your face cropped out of the photo bro.
I think to this thread you'd have to link it from an external photo site.
Rusty is right, post up your diet in Cats food thread and let them work it over to help you reach your needs.
